The woman behind Splice

Tiffany

Five lives lived, and every one of them a reason to trust her with yours.

Some people find one country, one career, one version of themselves, and stay there. Tiffany never has. From an expat childhood in the Gulf to a marine business on a Pacific island, from building an award-winning company for vulnerable children to guiding investors across the Mediterranean, her story reads like five lives stitched into one. That range is not a curiosity. It is exactly why she is the person you want beside you when you are changing yours.

Five lives, one instinct

“I have never believed a border was a wall. My whole life, it has been an invitation.” That belief, formed in childhood and tested on three continents, is the thread that runs through everything Tiffany builds, and everything she now helps her clients build in Cyprus.

Chapter one · Origins

A childhood between worlds

Tiffany's story starts the way many of the best ones do: growing up between worlds. Born and raised across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, she spent her childhood in Jeddah, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai, giving her an early appreciation for different cultures, people, and perspectives.

Some of her fondest memories are of the desert. Beneath clear, star-filled skies, she found a sense of calm in the sheer vastness of the landscape. The endless horizon, the silence, and the feeling that there was always more to discover left a lasting impression. Dune bashing and horse riding through the desert embodied freedom, adventure, and possibility.

Those early experiences taught Tiffany a lesson that still guides her today: home is not just where you're from, it's something you can create wherever life takes you.

“Home is not just where you’re from. It’s something you can create wherever life takes you.”

Chapter two · The Pacific years

The house in Vanuatu

After a four-month passage to Vanuatu, disaster struck on their second night ashore. Another yacht dragged the anchor of SV Skye Rose, leaving the vessel beached with a massive hole in the hull. What could have ended the dream instead became the start of it. More than 100 men from the village of Mele, alongside friends and the international community, helped push the yacht back into the sea. Months later, Tiffany and her late husband, Matt, launched their charter business and founded Performance Commercial Diving Vanuatu, turning a major setback into the foundation of a successful venture.

And it was here, in the blue-roofed house on the shoreline, that Tiffany's property journey truly began. Buying, building and living on the edge of the Pacific taught her the parts of overseas property that no brochure ever mentions: the value of local knowledge, of trusted people, and how the small mistakes cost the unprepared dearly.

She learned it the hard way, so that today her clients never have to.

“You learn more from one hard year buying abroad than a decade of theory.”

Chapter three · The work that mattered most

In the service of children

Between the ventures, there was always the work closest to her heart. Through Kids Critters, Tiffany supports children and families through their journeys, often during some of life's most challenging moments. Many come feeling overwhelmed, unheard, and unsure where to turn.

Through face-to-face and online consultations and interventions for children and mothers, she provides practical support, guidance, and understanding without judgement. By combining compassionate care with proven approaches that deliver real results, Tiffany helps children build confidence, resilience, and hope, while empowering families to move forward with greater clarity and strength.

Awards include the Elysian Awards 2026 Silver Winner (Making a Difference with Animals; Outstanding Contribution in Education) and the UK Enterprise Awards 2026 International Therapeutic Education and Mentoring Excellence Award. Splice Property Solutions also received the BBE 2025 Brand To Watch Award.

Chapter four · Beneath the surface

Where she is happiest

Diving has been a lifelong passion for Tiffany. She fell in love with it at just 16 years old in Ras Al Khaimah, when a school of blacktip reef sharks swam effortlessly past her moments after entering the water. From that instant, she was hooked.

One dive that remains unforgettable is Aranuka Atoll, Kiribati. With its pristine coral gardens, crystal-clear waters, and abundant marine life, it felt magical, untouched, and unlike anywhere else on earth. It was a powerful reminder of the beauty that still exists in the world’s most remote places.

For Tiffany, diving is more than adventure. It brings calm, perspective, and connection to nature. Beneath the surface, the noise of everyday life disappears, replaced by a sense of peace, wonder, and renewal that continues to draw her back to the ocean time and time again.

“The sea teaches you patience, and never to panic at depth.”
