Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Splice Property Solutions (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.splicepropertysolutions.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. They help websites work properly, remember preferences, or understand how visitors use a site.
2. UK law and your choices
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we must:
- tell you about cookies and similar technologies we use;
- explain what they do and why we use them;
- obtain your consent before using non-essential cookies, unless a legal exception applies.
When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie banner. You can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. Accept and reject options are shown with equal prominence. You can change your mind at any time using in the website footer.

Up to 2 years (as set by Google) | Google LLC |
4. Analytics and marketing
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics about website usage. The Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded on every page, but we use Google Consent Mode so analytics cookies and usage measurement are only activated if you accept analytics cookies in our banner or cookie settings.
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies (such as Meta Pixel). If we introduce them in future, we will update this policy and only activate them with your consent.
Under UK rules effective from February 2026, certain low-risk analytics cookies used solely for aggregate statistics may be exempt from consent in some circumstances, provided clear information and a simple opt-out are offered. We have chosen to ask for consent before enabling analytics measurement to keep our approach transparent and aligned with visitor expectations.
5. How to control cookies

Use the cookie banner or link in the footer to update your preferences.
In your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how websites work. Guidance is available from your browser provider (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
6. Third-party cookies
If you follow links to third-party sites (such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp), those sites may set their own cookies. We do not control those technologies. Please review the relevant third-party privacy and cookie policies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website or legal requirements change. Please check this page periodically. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.
